To think Sky email are rubbish

DH1 has forgotten his sodding email password (his fault I know) so he has tried to reset it, and has been trying for two days, but sky seem to think his mothers maiden is not her maiden name, despite that being the question and DH1 knowing his own mothers bloody name!!!!!!!!!!

Just ring customer services. I had trouble setting up accounts when we switched to sky and the fella on the phone was really helpful.

Have tried to set up new email address but it seems to think we do not have sky!! WILL HAVE TO RING THEM...
