Because I just thought, "what is the point in getting dressed?"
Snowed in again, and wasn't expecting anyone to come round so I just thought sod it.
Still in them now at 2.15pm .

yanbu. But were they clean pyjamas though? Nothing like fresh pj's and slipper socks on a cold day

Angelcat666 · 13/01/2010 14:17

YANBU

I've done it myself several times

fernie3 · 13/01/2010 14:19

YANBU I would be doing that right now if I didnt 1.have work to do (never take it seriously in pjs) and 2. have to go out in a min to school pick up!.

I will be getting a nice hot bath as soon as kids go to bed (roll on 6:30)

caramelwaffle · 13/01/2010 14:20

YANBU - It is a Good Thing to be clean

But the burning question is.....are your pyjamas pink with fluffy bunnies on them?

TheChicOfIt · 13/01/2010 14:28

Pyjamas had been clean on last night - does that count? !
Unfortunately, and I have no idea how I did this, but I dropped one of my new sheepskin slippers down the toilet whilst rushing to the phone. Luckily I had been cleaning it at the time, so it was only bleach, but I am currently waiting for it to dry out so the feet are a bit chilly.

You are absolutely not being unreasonable. This is my normal dress sense at home. Nothing like getting into clean PJs (if you only put them on last night, I reckon they count as clean).

However, if they were my slippers, I would not be too keen on putting on the shepskin slippers that fell down the bleached loo. I am sure they are clean but the toilet idea would put me off.

littlemoominmamma · 13/01/2010 17:50

Are you still in them?

TheChicOfIt · 13/01/2010 22:44

Still in them now!

I'm intrigued at how you managed to drop your slipper in the loo - were you standing on the bowl for extra leverage with the scrubbing brush?

I shouldn't criticise - I dropped ds2 in the loo last year.

As for showered and back into pjs - of course YANBU!

rumpleteaser · 14/01/2010 11:11

I love pyjama days!

Curious to know how the slipper found it's way into the loo..
At least it was a clean loo!

mrstimlovejoy · 14/01/2010 12:11

yanbu i love wearing my pyjamas if i've not got to go anywhere.when i get back from work and have a shower i put them on don't see the point of putting clean clothes on.my dd loves staying in her pyjamas too.

stealthsquiggle · 14/01/2010 12:17

YANBU, but personally I would be washing the slipper

PureAsTheColdDrivenSnow · 14/01/2010 12:18

I do this on a daily basis

BigBadMummy · 14/01/2010 12:32

MrsChemist · 14/01/2010 12:54

YANBU

crazycat34 · 14/01/2010 13:22

Hey I did this on my snow days. Got to be clean jarmies though!

Squitten · 14/01/2010 13:46
