he was due to come at 10, to measure up and give us a quote on various carpets.

it's still snowy here but other deliveries have got through, and we've been driving around with no problems.

do these people not want business or something?
the least they could do was give me a ring if they wren't coming to let me know, so i didn't sit here all morning.
