...for me, rather than DD?

She's happy to shout 'nightnightnight' at everyone as soon as ITNG has finished, and I feel cheated that while other parents get to watch the lovely David and listen to his delicious accent I'm stuck negotiating how many teddies get to share the cot.

So I've Sky plussed them. Just for me. Bloke saw them and told me I am:

  1. ridiculous
  2. 27 years old, and
  3. possibly a bit weird for perving at Cbeebies.

I am very disappointed that I missed this.....do you think there's any chance of a repeat???!!!!

claudialyman · 30/12/2009 18:22

ah Bensmum you should check out the guardian website for a lovely article on david tennant. complete with lovely pictures. and recent podcasts for the voice/ accent..

timelordvictorious · 30/12/2009 18:27

They are bound to repeat them.

Am trying to work out how to fix my Sky+ so it automatically records everything he is in. If only I had a sonic screwdriver...

timelordvictorious · 30/12/2009 19:25

I mostly like the bit when he tells me it's time for me to go to bed...

I love the RA ones too, plus Rupert Penry-Jones did a week if I remember correctly.

Bleurgh! YABU.

But at least you can't actually see his gurning bulgy eyed pasty face if he's just narrating

santaschristmascakeywakey · 30/12/2009 20:56

I watched one because he has a lovely accent - and just wanted to go and send him a food parcel . FGS, eat something David!

mumblecrumble · 30/12/2009 21:04

Have you watched him on Catherine Tates' Christmas Carol thing?

busybutterfly · 30/12/2009 21:18

He has the sexiest voice.

catsdontscreetch · 30/12/2009 21:25

He's yummy (swoons).
Was almost screaming in frustration at iplayer last night when it got stuck 29 mins 04 secs into Hamlet. Will just have to buy the dvd.

RustyBear · 30/12/2009 21:29

It's out on Monday catsdontscreech - I will be straight round the shops after work....

catsdontscreetch · 30/12/2009 21:31

It's culture, we should buy it.
But will have to smuggle it past DD, she's 5 and I can't face 3 hours of 'why is Dr Who doing that?'

claudialyman · 31/12/2009 16:55

that podcast rusty linked to above is heavenly and would liven up any mundane task. if it was a bit longer id have gotten round to the ironing

MrsSantaChemist · 31/12/2009 17:37
