No YANBU. You clearly have everything well just about under control.

I have installed the laptop in the kitchen, kids playing a £6.00 downloaded game on their PC which they are extraordinarily happy with and PILs are out at Church, turkey in and DW soaking in the shower.

Just the right time for a bit of MN I think.

Happy Xmas to everyone by the way.

Yeah well it will be mayhem later and I will be toiling and sweating like a martyred pig over a boiling stove refusing any help but cursing and sighing that no one ever appreciates me!

hobnobsaremyfavourite · 25/12/2009 10:09

I get my husband to do that bit!

Roast in Oven, DH and DS putting together a ridiculously complicated Lego technics thing. I have tea and toast and laptop.

Is lovely.

Merry Christmas all!

am relaxing for a few minutes after working at the yard since 8am (we got up and tore through the presents at 6 ) - have got horse poo and mud on the scarily new Barbour Father Christmas left for me and am wondering whether to wear it to the pub for lunch or whether the old one might be slightly less smelly?

hobnobsaremyfavourite · 25/12/2009 11:51

Mitchy that sounds far too energetic for Christmas Day I am impressed lucky you getting to eat out I am about to attack a pile of vegetables that need peeling!

haha, am impressed too - would like a medal, only had about 18 minutes sleep last night

will be comatose within seconds of finishing lunch I reckon but at about £5,000000000 a head it had better be good!
