AIBU to sit on sofa and eat an entire pack of jammy dodgers for my lunch?

Am almost 34 weeks pregnant on maternity leave. I am knackered, its cold and snowing, I can't face cooking anything. I haven't eaten very healthily throughout this pregnancy but I figure Jammy Dodgers have raspberry in and an entire pack probably counts as one of my five a day? Right?
So AIBU?

(am only asking in hope you assuage my guilt and say go for it- and when asked what I ate today then I can blame mumsnet. Of course if you all tell me I am BU and think of my poor unborn child, then I shall probably ignore you all anyway and pretend I am a strong independent woman who likes to go against mass opinion )

It's not very balanced is it?

I think you need something savoury to go with it...tube of pringles or similar?

lolapoppins · 22/12/2009 12:48

YANBU.

But why stop at just the one pack?

onepieceoflollipop · 22/12/2009 12:50

Obviously if you had some jaffa cakes in as well you would be well on your way to 2 portions a day.

Did you know that soft drinks like appletise are basically fizzy fruit juice (slight tangent here) and do count genuinely as one portion of your five a day.

GO FOR IT

definitely fruit somewhere in there ish maybe

I agree with th pringles idea, get some cheese ones and you're set

AliBellandthe40jingles · 22/12/2009 12:55

How about a nice cup of hot chocolate to go with them - the milk will give you a bit of calcium to relive your guilt!

diddl · 22/12/2009 12:55

I think it has to be a mince pie to get the five a day all in one go?

Mybox · 22/12/2009 12:56

Enjoy!

Thandeka · 22/12/2009 13:03

Oooh yup was washed down with a hot choc- entire pack finished now. Eeep I only posted 15 mins ago! (although had kind of started on them when I posted but only eaten 2 maybe 3 and technically there are only 10 in the pack. And technically I only had 5 and the baby had the other 5.... so technically that's okay right?

I have also brought a large bag of cheesy wotsits so also protein and calcium in them..... but maybe I will save them until after my antenatal appointment- not sure I can persuade my doc that my orange stained teeth and fingers are due to a healthy christmas clementine addiction!
