Missed dinner tonight so I could finish Christmas shopping (ha! still not done!) came home at 8 and put DS2 to sleep and have spent the last couple of hours faffing around unpacking shopping and tidying. Now gorging myself with lots of grease and beans and loving every minute!

YABVVVVVVVU, because now I am craving egg and chips, the road is a sheet of ice, and the chippy is shut now anyway. Wahhhhhh!

Wineonafridaynight · 21/12/2009 22:56

Nope YANBU at all! It is Christmas - eat what you want, when you want. That;s what I have been telling myself for a month now! Same goes for drink. Go grab a glass of wine as well.

Cheappinkfizz · 21/12/2009 22:58

sounds divine, hope you have some wine to with it!

flockwallpaper · 21/12/2009 22:58

mmmmm, will have to go and get myself something nice to eat now.

bubbleymummy · 21/12/2009 22:59

Just had a sandwich here as only just made it home (left at 3) so beyond real food now.

Could murder a glass of wine though

GetOrfMoiLand · 21/12/2009 23:03

Just had a bowl of dulce de leche, followed by a stolen sausage from a dish in the fridge. MMMMM, cold sausages

Did my Christmas shop as well tonight, there was no way I was going to cook anything special after all that effort, so I made sausage sandwiches for us all.

bubbleymummy · 21/12/2009 23:04

would it be totally unreasonable to crack open the bottle of Baileys?

Bubbly pleased we are a bad influence! now crack open that Baileys.

I was supposed to be doing productive Christmas stuff this evening but have been here with my laptop, wine and 'stick-em-in-the-oven' indian style snack things being very unproductive! Whoops.

bubbleymummy · 21/12/2009 23:16
