I was phoned out of the blue and sold an upgrade, charged extra to have it delivered on a Saturday by 1pm and here I am, still waiting. When I called to find out where it is the answer was "Err, it's not in stock, didn't someone tell you?". Fuckers.

Once my contract is up, I am moving my custom else where.

They are so unhelpful and they lie just to get the contract. I told them that on the phone yesterday. I was livid!

Or me - about Vodafone.

Spent three (THREE!) days waiting in, only to be told I can go to the shop and get it myself.

Then told that I will only partially be refunded for 50p a minute calls (which would have been free from a handset - which I didn't have!). Then arsey people, who shouted at me (though I started it ), told me I should be grateful for the money they refunded me.

Twunts. All of them.

Cripes. Thank heavens for cheap pay and go!

Thank you all for your support: it's nice to know I'm not alone. T-Mobile are still complete arseholes, though. I now have to wait in all day on Wednesday, when I'd promised the kids I'd take them out... Finding further solace in lager and co-codamol
