YANBU. Washing is the most important thing in any mother's life. The biggest crisis that can befall a mother is the washing machine breaking down. Have you noticed, when there's a group of mothers having a coffee, it starts raining, and what happens? Everyone says 'ohhh my washing!' and gets really stressed.

Employers should understand these things.
