I mean, why bother in the first place if no-one gives a toss. Why not just save £25 on a tree and a whole Sunday afternoon putting it all up.

Got in from work last night and there they are, just sitting there in front of the TV with no xmas tree lights on or any of other lights. It's not as if they are jaded cynical teens either, they are two 8 year old DD's.

DH is stunned I'm so bothered. And I am usually quite a chilled person.
