To cut a long (and dull) story short(ish) we spent ages choosing DD's present then ordered her a trike online from a website called fun4kids. They sent us a shipping no and when we checked the order didn't exist, many phone calls to helpful people who said they'd look into it and call back (but never did) and we now have a new shipping number (hurrah) but I've just checked online and apparently the f*ing order does not exist.
I am very very very cross (and grumpy) and feeling quite bad about the fact that DD's birthday was over a week ago and she still hasn't got her present...
