To pass on DDs bed to someone else cos friend still hasn't collected it?

Am sorting out DDs rooms and had said a friend could have DD2s bed as she had a new one. This was six weeks ago. I had offered DD1s bed to another friend on Tuesday, she is having it collected this week end. It's for her ex to have at his house. She has said that they would have had other bed had they known about it. Now am thinking maybe will just give both beds to them. Friend 1 will only put the bed in their garage til baby old enough (maybe another year), but has been asked on numerous occasions to collect it. Same thing with a wardrobe and drawers which have been stood in my hall way for three weeks
Just want rid of the old stuff.
So AIBU just to give it to friend 2 who I know will collect them this week end?

Can't you ring friend 1 and say you have another taker or it needs to go asap.

Yep, I'd ring the first friend and say 'now or never'.

I wouldn't give it away without warning her first but she is taking the mickey a little bit!

I have said to her that DH will take bed to the dump if not collected soon. TBH think she is rather too busy packing up her life as she is leaving her exH and four kids to move in with her boyfriend of six weeks to worry about a bed for her 18month old daughter
