Not content with throwing ciggy ends onto our balcony, they now throw ciggy packets, dregs of tea/coffee left in their cups.

When dh went upstairs and approached them, he was met with "you cannot prove it is us".

We approached the management company a few weeks ago. They took pictures of the ciggy ends and have sent letters out (as we cannot prove it is our direct upstairs neighbours).

Cannot believe anyone would just throw things off a balcony. Maybe they are a throwback from Tudor times.

We own, so cannot move. May have to find out the landlords address as our neighbours rent, and send him/her a letter.

Post them back to them. They can't prove it's you.
