to think that trying to flirt on fb with someone when you're married is not on?

I am single. I had uploaded a new pic of me onto fb and a lot of my friends said it was really nice so I said it was a new one in the hope of having some internet dating success. A few days later, a man I know (who I had a brief fling with many moons ago) started a chat with me. Fine I thought, haven't seen you in ages. Then when I asked how he was, he said he was bored and started asking how my dating was going, complimenting me on my photo, asking when I was around etc.

Is it me or is that not at all cool when you're married? (I know his wife too)

I told him I had to go and cut the chat short.

Def not, especially as you know his wife too! I chat to a couple of ex's on facebook but no flirting or arrangements to visit each other and my husband knows. If he's a good friend you could agree to meet as and say you would love to see his wife again!

Are you sure it was meant in 'that' way, and not just chit-chat?

YANBU if he was being like 'that'. Hate FB.

I don't know scorps. I did wonder if I'd totally got the wrong end of the stick but he was being very complimentary. And it just made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
