We did our monthly shop last night at Tesco which is 5 miles away, I only really go once a month there to do the main shop. I wanted to book up my tens machine (I am 30+4) while we were there to get it out of the way.
We went around 6pm, the pharmacy counter was open with 3 staff on it and the pharmacist. I asked about it, nobody knew and the woman said to me "can you come back tomorrow when someone might know about it".
AIBU to expect that if the counter is open that at least 1 member of staff should be familiar with the services they offer, not to be sent away because 4 members of pharmacy staff don't know their own product line ?
