They are driving me mad. And a bloody client has phoned up as well wanting to have amendments to something NOW and I have complete and utter chaos going on. They are abusing my piano, have broken strings on the violin, have spilt the contents of the piggy bank all over the room, attempted to "help" with the bread machine, destroyed the play room and aaaarrrggghhhh the list goes on.... ROLL ON 17.45. All I can say is she better not be late to pick him up!!!

How old are they?

TBH, i think i'd sit them down with some popcorn to watch a dvd........

MrFibble · 17/11/2009 16:03

DVD would be a good plan to get the work done for this client but the TV presents a bit of a problem. DH is in the middle of rewiring a new thingamummybob and has left it with cables and stuff hanging out and nothing is connected up.

At least they have settled down to trying to sing Pippi Longstocking or maybe it's Aerosmith. One or other.

Eurgh, playdates. [smug] my 6 year old is on one. [endsmug] I am freeeeeeeeee.

MrFibble · 17/11/2009 16:17

Only another 30 minutes to go (we're an hour ahead).... Perhaps I could send them down into the cellar with torches?
Shit, lots of shouting now. I think they are having a falling out. Why? Why? Why did I invite him? He's a lovely little boy but put him together with my DD and it is chaos. Loud chaos.
