for the first time in a long time, I have done absolutely nothing all day. DD2 and I are in our pjs (i will have to get dressed before getting dd1 from nursery ) and she has fed and slept all day, except an hour or so sitting with me and an hour or so on her playmat.

there is a long list of chores to be done, but I just can't be bothered.

AIBU to think this is ok?

No. I have also had a "can't be arsed" day with DS (2.2) and it was really nice. We managed to walk to the post office but mainly we've hung around the house playing.

He's now napping and I am on MN.

Happy days. Enjoy!

YANBU. We all need lazy days sometimes. DD was off school with an upset tummy today so I've had a lazy day too, the most energetic thing I've dome is unload and reload the dishwasher, phew! It knackered me.

YANBU.

Wish I'd had a day like that today oh forgot, did nothing yesterday instead

ImSoNotTelling · 09/11/2009 20:05

YANBU. That is our usual routine.
