To want my new phone to come?

Have ordered a new phone which was meant to have come yesterday.

Called today and found out that due to the royal mail strikes, items are being dispatched by courier. They looked and supposedly the phone was dispatched yesterday. So where is it?

They have no tracking number, but are going to investigate tomorrow.

I want it

i am in the same boat as you but i do have a tracking number.

still bloody annoying as i waited in the whole day and will have to do the same again tomorrow.

I'm not staying in as if they try, they will leave a card and I will get it eventually.

I am a bit that if they'd used Royal Mail it would probably be here by now...

Sorry to hear this! I ordered my new one (upgrade, thank goodness, my old one was getting a bit old bless it) and it arrived this morning. What company are you using?

Had an email from 3 and now it is coming by Royal Mail .

I do have a tracking number though. Will wait and see what tomorrow brings
