My best friend and matron of honour at my wedding is no longer talking to me. It appears that she has in her mind that I have done something outrageously nasty to her. But I have wracked my brain and can't think of one occasion where she could have a reason to hate me. This is best seen in context I have stood by her even when she on purpose bit me on my hen party leaving teeth marks, changing all the bridesmaids outfits for my wedding then telling me that she had done so after she had done it and generally talking behind my back to friends trying to put me down, they have all stood by me.

I think i have been reasonable but would like others thoughts. I have tried texting her, email and calling her but I get no response.

I am now at a crossroads and can see that she does not want to remain friends but I have parts her kitchen cabinets stored in my garage, am I being unreasonable to just leave them, with a note of course, in her front garden.

What the feck was the reason for biting you?!

Ditch the Bitch and feck her cabinets. Don't local charities pick up for free??

SqueezyCheesyPumpkin · 25/10/2009 22:09

Oh...., not your wedding Reality......erm....theFingers wedding....

See, that is how confused I am about this.

DameEdnaAverage · 25/10/2009 22:11

PMSL @ 'as a general rule mates don't bite'

scottishmummy · 25/10/2009 22:13

the bridesmaid showed up different dress than chosen?how did that happen?

cheeseandeyeballsarnie · 25/10/2009 22:14

im sure i must have missed something.

fraggletits · 25/10/2009 22:14

I'm guessing loads of alcohol was involved if she bit you on your hen do? Not that that excuses it.

I had a frenemy type casual mate once who used to get shitefaced and do silly things like slap people or bite people - she slapped the wrong girl round the face on a night out once though and ended up being thrown over a table

scottishmummy · 25/10/2009 22:16

some of you sound feral.wake up ladies friends dont bite

MmeGoblindt · 25/10/2009 22:16

Cracking thread this.

Why did she change the bridesmaids outfits and what did she chose? Did you like what she picked?

SixtyFootGhoul · 25/10/2009 22:21

How did she change the bridesmaids outfits?
What planet do you all live on?

fraggletits · 25/10/2009 22:29

An annoying pisshead that bites you on a night out is one thing.......but to rearrange your wedding to her taste without you knowing is quite another! She sounds like a total psycho - Sod returning her kitchen cupboards to her - Seeing as she's your neighbour, I'd chop them into arrows to arm myself

scottishmummy · 25/10/2009 22:33

yeah she dont show you nuff respekk, girlfriend

cheeseandeyeballsarnie · 25/10/2009 22:34

i really dont understand.surely .....i dont even know.

hanaboo · 25/10/2009 22:43

ditch her! you sound really nice, you deserve nice friends, seriously tho, she changed your bridesmaid dresses??

hanaboo · 25/10/2009 22:44

yours? the ones you had chosen?? how?

PumpkinsCantDanceTheTango · 25/10/2009 22:45

This sounds like my street

scottishmummy · 25/10/2009 22:46

i am nonplussed about the dress indignation.the biting is a bigger deal than bleeding dresses

theworldsgoneDMmad · 25/10/2009 22:55

YABU to dump her stuff in her front garden!

YANBU to dump them in in your garden for a bonfire though

TheFinger2 · 25/10/2009 23:02

I chose the bridesmaids dresses by my self as she didnt want to come with me(that was fine as wedding shopping isnt everyones idea of fun)i showed them to her and asked her to try it on.It didnt fit. I asked her if she liked it though. Her reply was yes so i said i would exchange it for one her size.Three days later she texted me saying she had been to the shop herself, tried all the dresses in that colour and that none of them suited her,so she ordered a dress in the colour she liked and some for the little ones too!!Obviously I didnt let her get away with this - its just one of the many things shes done!
Her kitchen cabinets are definately getting dumped tomorrow.

Tell her to feck off and have nothing more to do with her, why on earth are you calling her your friend she is a nasty piece of work, i would have ditched her when she bit me and told her not to be a bridesmaid.

pigletmania · 25/10/2009 23:07

so did you get the bridesmaids dresses you wanted

scottishmummy · 25/10/2009 23:08

what do others think of this feral friendship?

MmeGoblindt · 25/10/2009 23:10

SM
I think that the biting, although horrible, could be explained by too much alcohol on the henny night. The dresses was a deliberate act.

SolidGhoulBrass · 25/10/2009 23:14

Have you shagged her in the past?
