How did they get a picture of Nick Griffin's living room?

Hideous is too weak a word for such a monstrosity.

Bigpants1 · 24/10/2009 19:48

ooooh pure class-NOT!!!! lol. Are you thinking of buying one?

LaurieScaryCake · 24/10/2009 19:52

I like it and I would buy it and have some nice throws for snuggliness on it.

Nowt to do with the BNP - don't let those cunts claim the bloody flag!!

LetThereBeRock · 24/10/2009 19:55

That's rather how I imagine his living room would look though.

Who'd buy such a thing? I do think however that it'd have a certain appeal when placed on top of a bonfire.

LetThereBeRock · 24/10/2009 19:55

Ok now I know who'd buy it.Laurie.

barstewards

shockers · 24/10/2009 19:56

Can imagine it in the 'crib' of a nouveau riche celeb!

benjysmum · 24/10/2009 20:01

lol, it bothers me that they have to tell you in the blurb underneath the picture that the sofa "looks great"... just in case you're in danger of making up your own mind about it.

Bigpants1 · 24/10/2009 20:20

Laurie-please tell us what throws you would add to this sofa-have you got a link? Personally, i dont see how it could be improved!!

nooka · 24/10/2009 20:23

I have to admit I think it is quite funny. Although if you were a real patriot would you really sit on the flag?

nighbynight · 24/10/2009 20:26

Looking at that picture, I suddenly realised that my sitting room is actually very tastefully furnished.

boodeniites · 24/10/2009 20:37

i dont like it here in my part of scotland i would say that flag is more a flag used in sectarian crap

LetThereBeRock · 24/10/2009 20:40

Same here Booden.

But I wouldn't have the Scottish flag all over my sofa either. It's not a good look.

boodeniites · 24/10/2009 20:50

lol true

PurpleEgluggedblood · 24/10/2009 20:53

oh lordy! That is truly awful!

Marioandluigi · 25/10/2009 10:31

Glad im not the only one who thinks so

TombliBOOOOOObs · 25/10/2009 10:37

Not my taste, but agree wholeheartedly about not letting the BNP claim the flag as their own.

TombliBOOOOOObs · 25/10/2009 10:38

That should say agree wholeheartedly with Laurie

lisianthus · 25/10/2009 11:06

I wouldn't buy it myself, but it could look kind of good in a funky loft sort of apartment. The kind that has those colourful fridges.

Nick Griffin can take his sticky hands right off the flag, which belongs to all of us.

[goes off to use that slap nick griffin site again]

EyeballsintheSky · 25/10/2009 11:08

I rather like it. Agree it would look great in the right type of open plan, white walled loft space. Would look crap in my Victorian living room but I hanker after a loft space when I'm a grown up.

Yes Griffin, get the feck off our flag!

southeastastra · 25/10/2009 11:10

i quite like it

Hassled · 25/10/2009 11:12

I hate it. And nooka is right - surely lolling on the flag isn't particularly patriotic?

southeastastra · 25/10/2009 11:13

there are some groovy sofas on that site, shame they're not in south

i suppose the sofa is good for those who aren't royalists
