DS took drum lessons in school last year. £60 a term. After the second term he decided he didn't want to do it anymore. At the end of third term we got a bill for that term. I rang and explained - she checked and discovered that in fact he hasn't been timetabled for the lessons so we didn't need to pay. In the same phone call I explained that he was thinking about starting to learn guitar - no probs she said, drop me an e-mail and I'll arrange it.
Soooo when DS had finally decided that was what he wanted I did drop her an e-mail. No reply (end of last terms). I rang. She wasn't available but a message to call me was left. She didn't call me. Tried again. Not available so I said I'd send another mail. No reply By this time the guitar chap had come in to arrange lessons so I assumed DS would be timetabled so I sent a cheque to cover terms lessons.
Yesterday DS still hadn't been time-tabled for lessons this terms which was frustrating and disappointing to say the least. But OK, the cheque wasn't cashed so no big deal. THis morning I was wondering why my account looked more sickly than I expected...and yes, they have cashed the f*ing cheque.
So what am I paying for?
I an happy with the school. Very pleased in fact but why why why can't they learn how to use bloody phones and e-mail? It's not hard is it? WHY WON'T ANYONE TALK TO ME?
