Yes YABU cause their nasty things

IdrisTheDragon · 29/09/2009 12:36

You are being unreasonable I am afraid.

It is still September.

But check when they are best before as you wouldn't want to miss eating them at their best.

DoingTheBestICan · 29/09/2009 12:42

Well the date on them says BBE Oct 30th so i will refrain for a couple of weeks i think.

kreecherlivesupstairs · 29/09/2009 12:44

I am with LBAM. They are the work of the devil. What on earth are they doing being sold so early, it's ages until christmas.

ohnelly · 29/09/2009 12:49

Yes you had better test one just to make sure they are alright - can I have one?

ohnelly · 29/09/2009 12:50

Ge thee to the Christmas topic. Begone!

lilmissmummy · 29/09/2009 12:54

Now I want one!! Eat them all quick before they escape!

If it makes you feel better we had pancakes last week and it is ages until Shrove Tuesday

GoldenSnitch · 29/09/2009 12:54

YANBU - I used to stockpile christmas puds so I could have them all year round

Might make one this year as I'm pregnant and need a nut and alcohol free one...

kreecherlivesupstairs · 29/09/2009 12:55

Yes but lilmissmummy, pancakes are acceptable at any time. Mince pies are just wrong on so many levels.

MrMorocco · 29/09/2009 12:56

YABU. You'll be sick of them by November and then you won't be able to enjoy them at Christmas.

lilmissmummy · 29/09/2009 13:05

The pancakes were good! I do love a mince pie or 10 though mmmm

pooexplosions · 29/09/2009 13:22

Why do you need a nut and alcohol free mince pie cos of pregnancy?

YABU, the thought of mince pies is a)making me feel sick and b) making me think of xmas, which actually brings me back to a).

But if you ordered them you must have decided already, no?

Undercovamutha · 29/09/2009 13:25

YANBU - I would eat them in July if I could!

BrokenBananaTantrum · 29/09/2009 13:27
