Friends penalised for looking after each others kids in a jobshare arrangement by Ofstead how rubbish

Another way for the government to control us. They women are good friends and not strangers, no money is changing hands so why cant they look after each others kids. Surely its up to the parents to decide, how does this affect other things that parents do, like my dd goes with her godmother occasionally for the day and sometimes night.

IMO the government should concentrate on catching paedophiles and child abusers instead of penalising the innocent parent.
