to be annoyed that there are so few public toilets with proper changing facilities?

I swear there is not one single public toilet in our town with decent changing facilities - either the pull-down matt is broken, there's not enough space, or there are no facilities at all. And there's nothing at ALL in the men's toilets...grr!
