dh stormed off to shop in a mood because i wouldnt let him change our 2 yr olds tshirt as she had spilt a little bit of dinner on it. she has coat over the top anyway and she will be going to bed when they get home!is it just me that thinks its a waste of a clean, ironed tshirt?

yes, silly man, is he meeting his mother down there?

YANBU...

AnnieLobeseder · 15/09/2009 18:43

Absolute waste! I never change my two (slattern mum emoticon) for dirt, only if they've got wet and would be uncomfortable. Odd that a man would care, they're usually oblivious to dirt.

daft twat.

crokky · 15/09/2009 18:47

I just babywipe spilt food. Silly to get changed for a small spill.

anyway, why are you ironing a 2yo's tshirt

nickschick · 15/09/2009 18:53

I think you could have changed it then she'd be all clean to go out to the shops and could easily wear the shirt the next day, pick your battles I say .

mammychildminder · 15/09/2009 19:21

no battle, i said no, he stormed out lol. glad you all agree anyway!
crokky when i say iron I mean more like it touched the iron very quickly haha
