Because it is so obviously the only right way.

bibbitybobbityhat · 15/09/2009 16:59

You do exaggerate.

Prinpo · 15/09/2009 17:00

Christ, what's my mum doing on here starting a thread?

CybilLiberty · 15/09/2009 17:01

Well we all think we are perfect all the time our children are behaving and being gorgeous, don't we?

TheDMshouldbeRivened · 15/09/2009 17:02

long as its like what I do. Then you're fine

AvrilH · 15/09/2009 17:02

Prinpo, didn't I explain where you were going wrong?

Frequently, believe me.

KembleTwins · 15/09/2009 17:13

I totally agree with you. Everyone should parent like I do. Clearly.

GinSlinger · 15/09/2009 17:19

I think YABU because they should parent as I do - and they should organise their lives in ways that I find acceptable. In fact, if everyone just consulted me about everything then the world would be better.

abbierhodes · 15/09/2009 17:25

Oh, I agree totally. And not just parenting, I'd like to run the world.

Overmydeadbody · 15/09/2009 17:29

abbie I run the world though.

Not only should everyone parent the way I do, they should also dress themselves the way I do, decorate their homes like me, cook and eat the way I do, shop the way I do and spend their leisure time the way I do.

It is clearly the only way.

nickschick · 15/09/2009 17:30

I actually agree !!!if everybody did things my way the world would be a peaceful place.

OtterInaSkoda · 15/09/2009 17:38

If you don't parent like me, or the woman down the road, or my sil, or my mil, or any of my own family for that matter, or pretty much all of my friends then maybe, just maybe YANBU.

AvrilH · 16/09/2009 12:58

I've been thinking lately that a lot of the threads here that are not about personal issues or news are really a variation on the subject of this one
