Maybe he could join a support group with dp

Tonight - "Oh you aren't on bloody Mumsnet AGAIN are you?"

I blame it on there being nothing watchable on TV

hahaha..I involve my DH in MN..but he still complains and thinks we are all crackers

Mumcentreplus · 11/09/2009 22:21

I think he may start a Face-book group Mumsnet Widowers Unite!

I have many friends who have no kids, and yet I find myself telling them stuff, like "oh yea, well the other day on Mumsnet this girl was....blah blah"

DP finds it funny, and looks at my posts, he has never said any thing bad, but I do find that I apologise to people in RL for referencing things from here, and I say "my friend on Mumsnet...." even though, I've never met 99.9% of you

I love the fact that now DH knows how I've felt for years about his fucking XBox. Ha.

I found out today that I can get on MN at work... I told DH and he just looked at me like and then shook his head and sighed!

I read bits out to him and sometimes he doesn't mind, other times he just stares at the tv while I talk then goes 'mmhmm...'

I'll say to someone 'my friend did blahblah....' and once we're away from them he'll say 'a real friend? Have you met this person? Or is it another Mumsnet thing?'
Its easier saying 'my friend' rather than 'this random person on a website forum/message board said....'

Dh gets upset if I take a MN break

Partly becuase of some of the excellent help we've ahd, mainly becuase it means I want a share of the TV too!

Perhaps- if he'slike my DH- he is not being U, but stuff it!
