if you'd paid for a friend of a friend to get into a theme park and she still owed you £5 from it, would you ask for it back and how?

The person was a friend of my friend, and who I'd not met before and am unlikely to see again for a while.

AIBU to expect it back at any time?

YANBU but I personally don't think you'll see it again.

Annoying, but one to chalk up to experience I think.

I would feel a bit tight if I asked for it back, not that I wouldn't need it, but I would leave it as a gesture of kindness. I'm sure they wont have forgotten it though and it'd be better if they paid you back without you asking.

Ask your friend to casually mention it.

TBH, if I had forgotten I would prefer to be asked than remember in 6 months and feel bad for not remembering sooner.
