These guys came highly recommended but they are just a great pile of Arse the bunch of them. Rubbish idiots. I feel an idiot for having hired them.

YANBU at all there should be no chips or jagged pieces What sort of tiles are they and what is the job?

It's all grouted, my dh says leave it, hold back some payment and get a proper tiler to come and fix it.

yanbu at all unless you asked for chipped tiles.. if someone fitted a dishwasher for you and left critical bits off it you'd complain, you've paid them to do a job, they should do it properly.
