Strikes me as a terrible thing, I'm still using last years on the children hope it works a bit anyway...it's £15 for a little spray bottle in Boots. Why? It's not condusive to public health surely.

I bet there are millions of people who don't put it on their kids because ti costs too much. Make me so upset.

2.99 for factor 50 in Morrisons, Kids seem fine with it. I prefer ambre solaire but it's been half price a lot lately

Asda's was votest the best sun cream in Which magazine and it costs £3 - needless to say I stocked up this year....

Oh and YANBU, it is a bloody rip off. If they could just make one that doesn't make my eyes stream constantly and stops my prickly heat I wouldn't mind paying.

I used tescos own - think it was £3ish. I only got burnt on the bit of my back that I missed...could see the finger marks and everything!

They do say that you should not use last years, so do be careful x (It may be a ploy to get you to buy more, but Im not risking it for a couple of quid)

I know what you mean - I don't shop in Boots anymore for things like that and just head right along to Tesco's who do a baby/kids 50+ protection sun cream for £3

Can't vouch for whether the £15 bottle is better quality but my 2 haven't burnt yet!

Which begs the question why is the boots one so bloody expensive? Does it work better or summat? is the asda one made of custard?

A lot of suncreams over sell the spf factor....asda's was apparently underselling which meant that the sun cream works longer, ie spf 15 actualy is spf 30...

Tesco Sensitive; dirt cheap, 5 star protection, doesn't flare up my kids eczema and perfectly protects ds1 who has skin so sun sensitive he once blistered after 20 mins in april sunshine.

Can't recommend it enough, we have bottles of it all over the house (not that we've needed them this year)
