to invest in some ear plugs so I can have a little peace?

Wear them for an hour or so when ds's almost constant natter/silly noises/whining etc gets a bit too much or is it something I have to put up with for another 3 weeks?

I would invest in an ipod if i were you. You can hum away or sing to yourself when it all gets too much...!

We're stuck in the house until Thursday, I think we're both climbing the walls. He's a lovely child but so noisey. He's almost constantly got something to say/mutter/whistle/sing/shout....... It's quite draining.

No its not its just like puting fingers in ears when i need ten sec quiet from v v chatty dd!! i admit it.!I also have a tape of sounds of river - its very calming time out - but then im not a music type person - that wd drive me mad too ...
