YABU - don't you know the sock and knicker fairy takes care of that, along with replacing said items with new ones

No I don't understand why men are attached to raggedy socks either

nickelbabe · 08/08/2009 17:06

you could always teach him how to darn his holes, then he can do it himself without having to throw them away.

trixymalixy · 08/08/2009 17:20

DH complains when I throw his holey socks out!

GoldenSnitch · 08/08/2009 17:56

My DH moans that his socks are hole-y then carries on wearing them till I throw them out and replace them!!

Tamarto · 08/08/2009 17:58

If he wants them binned let him do it himself, if he's happy wearing holey ones let him, i don't see the issue.

YANBU - DH does this and it drives me mad.

Paint his toenails bright red while he's asleep, then he'll be too embarrassed to risk going out with holey socks
