YANBU. He may not be much to look at, but he is so funny and a great sense of humour goes a long way in my book.

Pikelit · 01/08/2009 20:01

He's enormously witty.

TheArmadillo · 01/08/2009 20:02

YANBU

Oh thank god. He is very funny, witty, and I was already the smitten kitten after reading him, but now that he is on telly (and all sky+'d so far) he is cute and laughs at himself.
And not afraid to be ridiculously offensive/obscene when it is required. All good!

YANBU!

YANBU
Screenwipe was loads better than his channel 4 vehicle though, as he didn't have to share the screen with panellists.

preciouslillywhite · 01/08/2009 20:21

Ooh, Charlie Brooker!

Don't you think he manages to articulate what you're already thinking, only in a smart way?

Plus he's not bad looking, either.

YANBU

'Don't you think he manages to articulate what you're already thinking, only in a smart way? '

And with some brilliant swearing.

I love him I really really do .

Pruneurs · 01/08/2009 20:43

I had the rudest dream about him
I think behind all the talk about cracking one off to , he is incisive about the media, loved Newswipe in particular.
And apparently he's really, erm, generously proportioned (according to Popbitch).

JackBauer · 01/08/2009 20:51

I missed screenwipe/newswipe.
Must find it somewhere to drool over

Whenever I hear him on the radio I think I'm listening to Victor Lewis-Smith (anyone else remember him?)

Can't highlight links on my itouch but there's an hilarious clip on Youtube of a Melvyn Bragg obituary - Charlie Brooker's stuff is uncannily similar IMHO.

joliejolie · 02/08/2009 01:13

Victor Lewis-Smith is amazing!!!

I have had the odd sexy dream about Charlie Brooker over the years. His Screen Wipe show is brilliant!

GeekIsGood · 02/08/2009 01:25

YANBU!

Clever, funny, what a man.
