to have suggested to DH that we get DIY SOS into our house?

We're in the process of buying a house that needs lots of work done (new kitchen/bathroom/ceilings/heating system/decor etc) and I thought that if it was going to be messy and cost lots of money, why don't we just call DIY SOS (leave DH in the house without supervision for 10 mins and the SOS may be sorted...) and they'll fix it quickly, for free and make it lovely?

Obviously my plan had absolutely nothing to do with Nick Knowles but I think my DH doesn't believe me.

NK has the most vile teeth I have ever seen. I wouldn't want him in my house on account of how bad his breath must be with mouthful of teeth that appear to be half rotten.
