To find Oatabix bites (sultana and apple) worryingly addictive?

And eating too much of these can have an unattractive and unladylike side-effect.

I can't resist them.

Do you think they're probably as fattening as I suspect. i.e. they're delicious so must be bad for you and full of sugar?

Think they are meant to be very healthy - got suggested them by a dietician so fingers crossed!
