Yes, you are both right.
But if they notice the eggs are gone, I'm stuffed because I won't be able to replace them for another 6 months.

I still have eggs on top of our cupboard - but unfortunetly such foul chocolate that even I won't eat 'em

Right, have bitten into first one.
God, it's vile!
Will buy a packet of cereal and melt them down into rice crispy cakes.

Should I take bit out of each one, in case one is edible? Have just counted - 6 eggs

are they not out of date? They don't usually have a very long shelf life.

eat then, or cook and eat the outcomes

I chucked recycled the packaging on Easter Monday, so no idea about dates. Chocolate keeps though.
