To worry about picking up swine flu from A & E?

I'm worried about getting swine flu from anywhere to be honest, but last night we took our son to A & E as we were worried about a bump to his head and now I'm not worried about that any more, but paranoid that we could have been exposed to swine flu there. Saw a couple of kids being escorted out with face masks on, although I know A & E doesn't let people in with suspected swine flu, but I can't stop thinking about it now... aggghh!

I think your fear of swine flu is unreasonable after all its not much worse than a bad case of the flu and your probably as likely to catch it in tescos or on the bus.

you are at risk everywhere you go im afraid, if you are going to get it you are going to get it!
My half brother is in hospital with it at the moment, they arent overly worried about him just being careful as he has bad asthma.

I think it has been blown totally out of proportion as unless you have underlying health problems it is no worse than normal flu

"normal" flu kills people every year too - mostly those with underlying health issues, like swine flu

the only difference is that this one has a name other than "flu", started abroad and is in the summer instead of winter...

I honestly don't think there's that much more risk involved to healthy people as there would be in winter with regular flu/sickness bugs
