To be peed off about the fact that Arlene Philips will no longer be a judge on SCD

I have just found out that Arlene Philips is to be replaced by Alesha Dixon as a judge on SCD and i am really annoyed. I have nothing against Alesha Dixon she seems to be a really nice girl, but she does not have the wealth of experience that Arlene Philips has
The sexism and ageism at the BBC is a disgrace. Both Len Goldman and Bruce Forsyth are of a similar age to Arlene Philips but have kept their jobs. I for one will be boycotting SCD this year. I urge others to do the same.

Makes my blood boil. God I'm so sick of being patronised by broadcasters who think I won't tune in to watch intelligent, talented, knowlegeable people because all I want to see is pert young flesh.

It is disgusting.

Alesha is a super girl but they could find other more suited jobs for her at the BBC.

The problem is that very often it's only when women get older that they are willing to admit that this sexist ageism actually exists - by which time they are denounced as jealous and bitter.

People of all ages and both genders need to say enough is enough.

And that agonisingly unfunny egotistical twat Graham Norton and his equally shit colleague Jonathan Ross continue in golden handcuff deals.
