It's 'chief taster Monty' that gets to me.

I'd much rather a cillit bang type man came on screen and shouted 'LOOK, THESE ARE REALLY MIDDLE CLASS, IT'S OK'

Or maybe the heat is getting to me .......

what is it? is it on tv?

NorkilyChallenged · 02/07/2009 08:57

My dd (2.5) absolutely loves this advert, for no reason that I can fathom. She will call to me "mummy it's on!" if I'm not with her when it appears on screen.

She has never eaten a Little Dish and would probably refuse to if I got her one as she is a Fussy Eater just now.

They are ready meals for kids - wholesome stuff like fish pie etc.

but they sell them in waitrose so it's ok to give them to your children

My DS has them for days when Mummy's morning sickness means she can't face cooking! DH has tried them and says they are delicious - esp. the Vegetable Lasagne and Sausage Casserole.

Not seen the adverts though

DS has had them too when I have less of an excuse .

I have nothing against them, just the advert.

In fact, I'm sure the advert only annoys me because it is perfectly and effectively pitched at it's target audience (me) and I resent that.

Never seen it on the tv though!

SarahL2 · 02/07/2009 09:36

It's rubbish. They make more than pie too!

fruitstick · 02/07/2009 09:39

please excuse my errant apostrophe.

that advert looks like something the apprentice competitors would make.
