to wonder what people do when they get told "yabu"?

do they go straight to the person and apologise? or do they just cease to post on the subject but stay convinced that they are of course not unreasonable, just that the people on the forum didn't fully get the situation. remain pissed off with their oh/sibling/mother/whoever and silently grind out an apology from them?
