To be annoyed at my bank for being complete and utter crap tossers?

I recieved 2 letters today (20th), dated the 6th June 2009, telling me they were cancelling my overdraft and were giving me until the 19th (yesterday ) to contact them. Not able to turn back time, I checked it further to find that the amount they want back is the balance of another account and not the one stated on the letter.
How crap's this???

Think you should send them a letter and charge them £50.00

I can't believe the nerve! Dated the 6th, arrives the 20th, I have to call them before the 19th, they don't even have the right account! I'm going to make a complaint and report them to the financial ombudsman!
