So, what can I do if I think what I have been sold doesn't match the description online??

I have read the CAB advice but it looks like if the retailer won't agree to a return then the only option is to take them to court. Has anyone ever done that??

Am SO annoyed and they are being really unreasonable which is making me feel very unreasonable!

Call Consumer Direct.

Rather depends in what way it does n't match the description, can you elaborate ? Is it fit for the job you purchased it ? Have they amedned it now , if not you can report to Tradign Standards. Most retailers would exchange out of goodwill if nothing else.

Did you pay by credit card? If so would tell them about problems and see if they can do anything.

How different are the two things?

luxlisbon · 09/06/2009 19:20

They aren't fundamentally different, but it doesn't match the picture online. They are nappies and the way they fasten is different. Mainly annoyed at unhelpful response they gave when I contacted them.
