To object to DP referring to our 8-month-old as "naughty"?

He always asks when he gets home from work "Have you been a good boy for Mummy today?" and if he cries, pinches/pulls hair or is not tired when I try to put him to bed, calls him "naughty". I think he's being ridiculous, an 8-month old can't be naughty! In fact I don't really like the word full stop. I have tried to explain it to him bit he thinks I'm too soft.

YANBU, that's just silly of him!!! Print up a couple of articles about child development stages and get him to do some reading...

to be honest as much as there not naughty you do tend to use the word well we did but just not on serious note i used to say have you been naughty boy for daddy but not in a horrible way

but i do get why you might not like it but it maybe be said more in light than serious
