To not want DS1 to go through my stuff when he's sposed to be going to sleep...

Not sure why it annoys me after all he's only 4.5 and he's not doing any harm sept making a mess I suppose and I don't want to stop him having the freedom of the house as it were.

I'm just being a bit arsey about it aren't I???

Freedom of the house and freedom of your stuff are two different things.

I guess at the moment I'm torn between the fact that I like the fact he is so free and innocent that he thinks everything is there for his perusal and enjoyment and not wanting my stuff fiddled with

It does make me wonder if other people have parts of their house that are off limits to their kids?

He is in bed now He's just been out in the garden with us 'gardening' in his own little way

Generally he's really good going to bed just every now and then I discover he's been in our room while we thought he was asleep - he can be very quiet when he wants
