Got parents on way as they are babysitting dc's while dh and I go off for the weekend. House looks like it's been burgled. Haven't changed the bedsheets. Haven't hoovered. Haven't dressed the dc's yet, although they have had lunch.

Also got an interview in the morning. Haven't filled in the 2nd application form which I'm to take in with me. Haven't decided what to wear let alone checked it doesn't need washing.

Yet I'm still just sat here flicking between reading threads on here and tending my farm on facebook farmtown!!

Is it me?

Well done you. I've managed to make a cup of tea and eat piece of cake.

Baisey · 28/05/2009 14:01

I want to bake a cake.
But I just cant seem to get the "get up and go" to go do it. Must be something to do with the weather.
(Weather gets blamed for everything)

All gone wrong again. Got coffee and 2 ginger crunch creams. Giving myself an hour and a half now to blitz house. Something's got to give. Just one jammy dodger to even things up then you won't see me for dust.... literally.

I am one here, and meant to be packing up the house to move on june 12th.... the internet will have to pack up then i will get some packing done. This site is addictive , especially when mumnetters make me laugh with their ludicrous antics.. Read the thread about "What unkind things did you do as a child/adult and feel bad about (or not !)" ..hihlarious , especially the crimes committed against Ex partners.
I have set up a similar thread asking who has done what to Ex's....fab,,, using exs' toothbrugh to clean the loo !! fabulous !! (not me !!)
Time wasting or what ? ! !

LissyGlitter · 28/05/2009 14:25

My friend has taken DD out for the afternoon so i can get packed and the house clean (we move on monday, to the other side of the country) and I haven't yet lifted a finger. I am made of FAIL!

mylifemykids · 28/05/2009 15:08

You've just reminded me I turned the iron on to 'heat up' about 20 minutes ago

Now, do I turn it off or get on with the ironing?!

bronze · 28/05/2009 15:09

I don't know why I bothered. I got up off my spreading butt and put some washing on and now my washing machines stopped working full of load and water so I cant even open the door and rescue the clothes. It wouldnt have happend if I had stayed on mn

kittycats · 28/05/2009 15:24

I just can't get started today, still in pj's . Put slow cooker on for tea tonight and thats all ive done!
