Here's the deal.
Friend (RL, good, close but not best friend)had a (non-big) birthday last week.
Tried to get in touch with her - no luck. Took present (half price Hotel Chocolat Champagne Truffles) round to her house - no reply . Letterbox too small for chocs so only put card through door. Still not heard from her. Have a feeling she may have been going away about this time but I obviously didn't pay enough attention.
So now those chocs are just looking at me.
AIBU to eat them, or at least share with DH?
