bit of background - nursery changed hands in march, since then every invoice has been incorrect (that's 3 times). I've just worked out the invoice for May for the manager as they seem incapable of noting things like dates when DCs are on holiday (I gave them the details of our holidays in writing).

This happened to me a lot, to the point that I was having to check each one each month.

I agree, write a letter to the manager suggesting it's not on and they try a bit harder.

not out by a lot. this month £7. it's the manager who does the invoices - the owner is quite hands off, the day to day running is done by teh manager. i did say to her today that i thought if was a bit off that i have to check it carefully now every month. it's the same manager as before the nursery changed hands - we didn't have problems then.
