to be a little concerned for my friend

A friend of mine has broken her arm, so i took her and her dd to the shops to pick up some bits she needed.
she had to 'check' that the shop assistant wasn't showing any signs of illness before she went to the till. We left three shops that she had intended to buy something in because she wouldn't go to the shop assistant incase she got an illness . We had to leave Early learning because she heard someone sneeze next to us. I was

I understand she is wary of keeping her immunity up as she can't exercise as she normally does with her broken arm but i thought this was a little odd TBH.

Is this kind of thing normal and just something i have never considered doing?

AIBU to be worried? Should i do/say anything??

i don't think it was so much about swine flu as catching anything. Her DD seemed to know the drill when she decided to put things back and leave. It appeared like she did it alot. Maybe i ABU to think this is odd!!

No that's wierd, obviously wierd. I'd be worried about my friend if she did that too. I'm not sure what you could do about it though
