Woke up with agonizing migraine and took ds to his new sing along music class (only second week) against my better judgement.

Feel like the fresh air did help a little but the banging of the all the instruments and off key singing has made it worse. So after I've had my lunch and put ds down for nap, can I please just go to bed?

I've got hoovering to do, bathroom to clean and curry to make for dinner and all the rooms are covered in toys as I've just left ds to it when we came back when I was lying on the sofa.

DD is at nursery all day today so also feel guilty about not spending 'quality' time alone with ds.

Please?

It won't be 'quality time' will it? If you're feeling that bad, stuff the housework, if he's asleep, a nap for you isn't going to do any harm is it? Hope you feel better soon.
