To complain to Emusic...?

I purchased (today) an ipod nano, along with a case, with the case was a card offering me 35 free songs and 1 free audiobook. Fabby for a novice like me.
So I signed up, gave cc details and started downloading. The selection of music was fairly poor (nothing I recognised from the last 10 years) so I decided to download some 'fitness compilation' tracks and cancel immediately.

After a few I had lost track so waited for the down load window to finish and close then refreshed my browser. The ticker told me I had 9 downloads left so I selected a further 9 and was poised to cancel. When it finished it informed me that I had gone into the first 50 paid for tracks and I had 49 left - so I have been charged I assume.

I have emailed to complain as I feel tricked, clearly I should have counted religiously but am I being unreasonable to think I ought to be able to trust the counter on their website?

I'm less than impressed but should I expect a refund?

thats a tough one, but id say they will counter with you should of refreshed each time. depends how much you'll fight it id imagine.
